4. Custom Packaging & Engineering Services

For custom packaging projects, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all drawings, specifications, prototypes, and designs prior to production.

OEM Materials is not liable for errors or defects that result from:

• Incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer
• Changes made after approval
• Improper use, handling, or storage of packaging products

Engineering services are provided based on the information available and do not guarantee a specific performance outcome unless stated in writing.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Lead Times

Delivery dates are estimates only. While we make every effort to meet requested timelines, OEM Materials is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers
• Material shortages
• Labor disruptions
• Weather or natural events
• Global supply chain conditions
• Customer-caused delays (missing specs, late approvals, etc.)

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once products are shipped from our facility.

6. Returns & Cancellations

Because many of our products are custom-made, returns and cancellations may be limited. Cancellations must be approved by OEM Materials and may result in charges for:

• Materials already purchased
• Work already performed
• Production time or setup costs

Stock items may be eligible for return, subject to restocking fees. Custom packaging is generally non-returnable unless defective.

7. Warranties & Limitations of Liability

OEM Materials warrants that products will be manufactured according to agreed specifications. This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, improper storage, or improper loading
• Normal wear and tear
• Third-party freight damage
• Customer modifications to the product

OEM Materials is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost revenue, lost profits, or production downtime
• Damages exceeding the purchase price of the product in question

This limitation applies to all claims, including claims of negligence or product failure.
